Objectives
- To provide conceptual
framework, content and method of quality care and education and also ensure
equitable
access to it for all children.
- To support ‘hard to reach’ communities in raising integrated community schools
for their children’s holistic development and appropriate education.
- To build partnerships with government systems to mainstream and
institutionalise
tested and validated innovations.

To work with common interest groups and networks
for wider policy advocacy and action.
- To help establish and manage institutions that provide theoretical and practical support to
likeminded people and initiatives/organisations.
